The Power of A Feminine Energy Woman (With Men & at Work)
In a relationship, a feminine woman has a transformative power that is beyond measure. This magical power has a direct relationship with the masculine. A feminine energy woman inspires the masculine to provide, protect, and cherish. She attracts the masculine toward her with a magnetic force that opens his heart. She helps him step into his power and inspires him to heal his selfish, stunted and sometimes reckless ways. He basks in his “King” energy to fill his role to be with her.
A feminine energy woman is a Goddess that pulls back her cloak and shows him the world of love, beauty, and sensuality. She loves openly, and he melts and releases his rigid tension in her presence.
She creates space for the masculine to rise and feel his purpose in pleasing her, cherishing her, and conquering his lower energies and the world. He walks the line to keep her in his life. This is the power of the feminine in relationships.
Now, let’s talk about a feminine energy woman in the workplace (a career woman). A client of mine, recently had a epiphany that was very deep. She realized she could use her feminine energy while relating to men at her corporate job. As she stated, “The power of the feminine is so powerful, why wouldn’t I also use it with men at work?” This was a wonderful point.
Most often, feminine energy relationship coaches tell women to be masculine at work and feminine with their man. The truth is to be a feminine woman, you need to practice and reside in that energy in as many situations as possible.
At work, the power of the feminine is equally potent. Many women have men that they must relate to at work, and they need not compete with them (using their masculine energy) all the time. They can create space for these masculine men to share their ideas, be right, have their thoughts respected, and lead with their logic.
A powerful feminine woman in the workplace offers space for the masculine to explore his ideas deeper. She offers praise and intuitive creative solutions. She can bring people together and find common threads in places others cannot. She can see the humanity and heart of a situation and bring fresh perspectives. She can listen with openness; she can cheer on the men as she co-creates with them. She knows how important and powerful her energy is so she has no problem giving men in the workplace the feeling that they are good and powerful too. This, in turn, creates a dynamic whereby the men want to work for her and cherish her ideas and leadership. They feel drawn to please her and include her. They want to do things for her and build around her energy.
The power of the feminine can be taken anywhere and thrive. Just ask my new client who is reveling in her feminine at work while still enjoying her position as a high level executive. She is powerful and soft. A leader, yet can follow. A director, yet a muse. Her power comes from her confidence in allowing herself to be who she really is inside. My client is well on her way to becoming a master at her craft - a feminine energy woman who thrives in her career.
Much Love,
Malena xoxo
